We had a great Easter this year. Elise loved doing the resurrection eggs that Gram and Grandpa sent and really grasped (as much as you can at age 4) the events leading up to Jesus's death on the cross and resurrection. Our church did an awesome job at the services on Good Friday and Easter Sunday, and we enjoyed some quality family time and a yummy dinner at home. It was raining, so we improvised and did an egg hunt in the playroom after nap time.
The kids enjoyed stickers, books, and frisbees from Gram and Grandpa. Elise got some new card games from us and Jack got a basketball cup and train book.
Someone was anxious to get the party started!
